.....I wanted to thank you again for the work that you
did on my 1998 Ford Ranger. During the process of repairing the truck,
you were unable to contact me at a critical point. You then went down
to the shop I had it towed from and essentially did me a world of good,
in terms of having them rectify some of the problems they had created
through their prior work on my truck. You did not have to do that, but
you did, and I continue to be grateful for your diligence. I also
appreciated the follow-up phone call you made to me about a week after I
had recovered the truck. That was a very nice touch, and appreciated
as well.
I now have enough
confidence in my truck to make a planned trip to Charleston, S.C., this
Summer. Thanks again for your work.

....I have been a
customer of Service on Site for over three years. David Colpritt took
care of my Chrysler Concorde and now my Hyundai Accent. Hearing "thank
you" is a pretty rare occurrence these days, and I am afraid my "Thank
You" is way over due.
Two weeks ago, my son and I were literally stuck with a
left back tire unwilling to rotate. I went through my options and their
possible outcomes (most including tow truck, car rental, major time
inconvenience and debt). It was getting close to 7:00 P.M. on a school
night and my ten year old had not completed his homework. I knew SOS
closed at 5:00 P.M. but still felt comfortable enough to call in the
hopes someone would answer. Call it fate or luck, David answered. I
explained what happened ending with "Can I have a tow truck bring my car
to the shop?" And to my surprise David said, "I will be there in 10
minutes." Wow, I thought this is really service on sight. Long story
short, David got my tire moving, drove the car to his shop, fixed the
brake shoes and had us on our way home before 8:00 P.M.
This of course is
not the first time David has gone above and beyond to help with my car
problems. Through time, his dedication and friendly personal service
has been a constant. I am so grateful to call him my mechanic and trust
that my future car related needs are in goods hands. I am happy to
recommend him to family, friends and others in need of a reliable
dependable auto technician.
